What's new this year?
- Permitted fields. Darren and Jason did great work getting us an "official" home. With a field permit, we are assured of a place to play. However, we also must police the fields and make sure we leave 'em clean.
- Insurance. With permitted fields, comes a requirement for insurance coverage for the league.
- Partial Draft. For the first time in Syracuse Ultimate, there will be a draft to form teams. The draft will take place the weekend before the first week of the season, and will consist of 6 rounds. NOTE: after the 6 round draft, the remaining players will be distributed randomly among the teams. If you sign up before the deadline, you *will* be included on a team. The details can be found here.
- Paypal. Started in the Spring this year, this payment option frees the captains from worrying about money and helps the league create teams with balanced numbers.
